MERDOUD and DA3BOUZ are projects in development. The commercial activity has not yet been formalised. These sites do not offer payments or automatic subscriptions.

Contact form enquiries

The form collects your name, email address, optional company, selected offer, language and message to review and follow up on your enquiry. Do not include passwords or confidential customer data.

Enquiries are processed by the project’s private tools on a Hostinger-hosted server. A notification may be sent to the project operator through Telegram. Enquiry information is not displayed on the public website.

The scope brief

The planner prepares a brief in your browser. If you choose “Prefill my enquiry”, tab session storage carries it into the DA3BOUZ contact form. Transfer is accepted for fifteen minutes; the stored copy is removed when read or when the tab closes. Nothing is sent to the server until you submit the contact form.

DA3 Starter

Records stay in your browser and are not sent to MERDOUD. They are not encrypted. You can delete them in the tool or through your browser settings, and export a backup. Online and downloaded copies use separate storage.

WASABIA: private server workspace

The beta is invitation-only. In the MERDOUD operator’s internal workspace, DA3BOUZ form enquiries are copied automatically for follow-up. Other invited workspaces are not connected to that source. It stores your login identifier, a hashed password, records entered (contact, company, optional email, need, stage, next action and due date) and their history on the VPS. Accounts can access only their own workspace; the server operator has technical access to the data. A session cookie required for sign-in expires after 12 hours. Signing out invalidates the session.

Records are not automatically sent to Telegram or to the contacts entered. The JSON export contains your workspace records. Trial expiry blocks changes and keeps reading and export available; it does not automatically delete records. Correction and deletion requests currently go through the project contact. Use fictional data to evaluate the beta.

HADDA, KACI and the DA3BOUZ scope planner

Guides and resources are public. Values entered in the HADDA calculator and DA3BOUZ planner remain on the page; they are not sent to the server. The scope brief is downloaded to your device.

Tracking and technical logs

The current public sites do not load the Umami analytics script or advertising trackers. The server and processing tools may retain technical logs for security and troubleshooting. DA3 Starter uses local storage to keep your records.

Data requests

To request access, correction or deletion of information submitted to the project, email contact@merdoud.com and identify the enquiry concerned. You can also contact the French data protection authority, CNIL.

Information still to be formalised

The publisher’s and data controller’s full identity and address, registration details where applicable, specific retention periods and provider transfer information remain to be completed before commercial launch. This page describes current operation; it is not a complete legal notice.
