PRACTICAL EXAMPLES
How these tools help your business
Follow a request, decide the next action, then check delivery. Here is what you can do today and what requires a separate connection.
WORKING INTERNAL EXAMPLE / MERDOUD
Our own website enquiries reach WASABIA
Our DA3BOUZ form records incoming enquiries. A VPS service copies them into our private WASABIA workspace every minute. Retries do not create duplicate records; source changes are flagged for review and preserve operator edits.
Verified on 14 October 2026 using five historical enquiries. This is an internal implementation, not a paying-customer case study or evidence of measured time savings. No customer messages are sent automatically. Customer workspaces are not connected to this internal flow.
Which situation matches yours?
The following examples are illustrative business scenarios, not customer testimonials. Names, requests and actions are examples to adapt.
A joiner receives a bespoke furniture request
Today
The customer writes: “I need storage in my entrance.” Dimensions and plans are missing. The enquiry stays in an email and the next step in a notebook.
With the tools
- Create an “Entrance storage” record and enter the request.
- Move it to “Missing info”. Add “Ask for dimensions and plans” and a due date.
- When information arrives, move to “In review”. Mark “Quote sent” only after your team has actually sent the quote.
See missing information and the next action without rereading every exchange. The tool does not price the furniture or send the quote.
An installer follows several job enquiries
Today
Three enquiries arrive by phone, email and website form. Some need a site visit, others photos. Follow-up notes are scattered.
With the tools
- Create one record per enquiry and a next action: “Arrange site visit”, “Wait for photos” or “Review the request”.
- Give the action a due date. The board shows records whose actions are due.
- Retrieve the same WASABIA records from another device after signing in. Phone and email requests still need manual entry until their channels are connected.
Your follow-up becomes visible. It does not book visits for you or automatically read your inbox.
A small agency delivers an automation to its customer
Today
A customer wants to gather website enquiries. Scope must be agreed and error recovery and duplicates checked before delivery.
With the tools
- Prepare a DA3BOUZ scope brief: channel, existing tool and observed volume.
- Use the KACI checklist to test a complete request, an incomplete request, a duplicate and an interruption.
- Record six delivery steps in WASABIA with evidence notes. Record client acceptance only when you have actually obtained their agreement.
You have a delivery record and written checks. Connecting the customer’s tool remains integration work; checking a step does not sign a contract.
Start with one fictional request
- Open DA3 Starter: no account or card is needed.
- Create an enquiry, choose a stage and add one next action. Your records stay in this browser; export a backup.
- Need a server workspace? Request a WASABIA invitation (30-day trial, no automatic payment). Need an email or software connection? Scope it first with DA3BOUZ; costs are quoted before commitment.
